Providence Moments and Goods is super happy to announce the Roll Surf is back in Guéthary!
Since 2013, this oldschool skateboard competition has always been a rendez-vous in Basque Country for Skate, Rock and Art lovers, and gathers surfers, amateurs, skaters, craftsmen, and musicians.
For this 2023 edition, we teamed up with the duo Pierre and Pandora Decoaster from Rayon Vert Experience for their expertise and tastes in the new rock’n roll scene, and with Sam Partaix as skate ambassador, and advisor for all the steps of the contest.
The Roll Surf 2023 will take place right in the center of Guéthary village, and the Fronton will be transformed into a huge wall ride during the day to welcome all the skaters for the different steps of the contest inspired by the 80/90 skateboarding style: banks, slalom, wall ride, hippie jumps… until we get to know who is the King of the Roll Surf! Everyone is welcome, from pro-skaters to amateurs, to families and friends. Curated by Sam Partaix, and the Skateher gang.
And at night, the Fronton become a rock scene, where poetic, artistic and music performance take place. Among our guests: Moundrag, Antonin Bartherotte, Eversurf, Tentative, Juliette Garms & Catherine Danger… a whole program curated by Rayon Vert Experience.
